1. Delivery of goods in Lithuania
Clothes and items are sent in Lithuania via LP Express parcel ATM’s. The goods are shipped after sewing, which takes 3-10 working days. You will be notified about the dispatch of the goods by e-mail and about the delivery of the parcel to the post office by SMS. The goods must be picked up from the ATM within 72 hours. If the shipment is not picked up, it is returned to the seller, so there is an additional charge for re-shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to receive the shipment to the LP Express ATM or you want the shipment to be sent later – write to hello@ashgeneration.com and we will agree on the delivery method that suits you.
2. Delivery of goods in the countries of the EU
Clothes and items are sent to the EU by registered priority mail via Lithuanian Post. The goods are shipped after sewing, which takes 3-10 working days. You will be notified about the dispatch of the goods by e-mail.
3. Delivery of goods to other (non-EU) countries
Clothes and items are sent by registered priority mail via Lithuanian Post. The goods are shipped after sewing, which takes 3-10 working days. You will be notified about the dispatch of the goods by e-mail. The seller is not responsible for customs duties, VAT or other tax obligations regulated in the country of the consignee, these costs are paid by the buyer.
Please note: during the sale and new collection launch the sewing process can take longer.

If you would like to return or exchange the item, contact us within 14 days after delivery by sending us an e-mail at hello@shomka.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Ship via courier or post office of your choice and within 24 hours inform us about the shipment of the goods by indicating the shipment number and which courier service the shipment was sent by.
